The most concentrated group of Peach orchards in Northern Virginia.
Convenient to Arlington, Manassas, Leesburg, Sterling, Springfield, Fairfax, Prince William, Alexandria, Herndon, Centerville.
• Close to Sky Meadows State Park, the 4,000 acre G. Richard Thompson Wildlife Management Area/, Naked Mountain Vineyard and Winery, Delaplane Cellars, and Arterra Wines.
Orchards from North to South (entering the Peach Way from the North Entrance at Route 17 (Winchester Road)
1- Virginia Perfection Farm one-half mile off of 17 (the entrance is marked by the sign "Orchard -- enter here"). Home of the Victory Thru Jesus Ministry.
2- Hollin Farms. 1 mile from Route 17. Highest orchard with very favorable climate for fruit and beautiful views. Strawberries, cherries, apricots, white and yellow peaches, plums, Asian Pears, pumpkins, and apples in season. Recipient of the Conservation Farmer and Young Farmer of the Year Awards.
3- Hartland at Troy. 5.2 miles. This peach orchard is part of the larger Hartlands operation below.
4. Hartland at Markham. 6.7 miles. Hartlands is an old and very well managed orchard with 25 acres of peaches. The GreenTruck Farm on Hartlands has strawberries in late May and June, and red raspberries and black berries during the peach season. Apples in the fall and cherries and blueberries in the early summer. Very convenient to exit 18 on I-66. It is a very popular orchard with large crowds on the weekend.
5- Stribling orchard. 6.9 miles. Just south of I-66. Like Hartland, Stribling orchard is an old established orchard. Apples in the fall. Farm animals. Very convenient to Exit 18 on I-66. Large crowds on weekends.
I-66 to Exit 23 (Delaplane). Go North on Route 17 (Winchester Road). 5 miles north of the railroad crossing at Delaplane, turn left on Leeds Manor Road (688).
From Route 50 (coming from the east)
Take 50 West through Middleburg and Upperville. Turn South (left) on Route 17 at the stop light at Paris. Go about 2.5 miles to Leeds Manor Road on right. Leeds Manor Road is about 1 mile beyond the entrance to Sky Meadows State Park on the right.
I-66 to Exit 18 (Markham). Right on Leeds Manor Road (688) to 4 orchards. Left to Striblings Orchard.
